Optional 5th (backup) Player

Only 4 players may "suit up" for any one game, however, teams may register an optional 5th player to act as a backup. Typically, we expect the 5th player to be used as a substitute should one of the other players not be able to play one or more games. Once play commences, no substitutions are allowed for the rest of the game.

Roster Changes

Note that last minute roster changes may, at the discretion of the organizers, be allowed BEFORE the tournament commences but the team roster change should not significantly alter the prime characteristic of the team (i.e. average age for General Divisions, industry qualifications for Special Divisions).
